Hi,
Yesterday I installed WXP SP2, and everything was fine. Today though, all
windows icons have white lines running through them. Office is fine, and
other non MS s/w is fine, but the start button, desktop icons, toolbar icons
etc are all affected. Any help with this would be really appreciated!
Thanks
Thea

"Thea",

I am sorry that you are hitting this issue. While the problem does appear to be
related to the successful installation of Windows XP Service Pack 2, this does
not seem like a Windows Update problem. Please repost this question to the
following newsgroups, and perhaps you will get a much faster and more efficient
answer:

microsoft.public.windowsxp.general
microsoft.public.windowsxp
microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support

Sincerely,

Pat Walters [MSFT]
