Who is Gary Caldwell? - Windows Genuine Advantage (KB892130) Faile

I have sent Cary Caldwell the log file WGA.log and he should come with a
slolution on the Windows Genuine Advantage (KB892130) intallation problem.
But who is Cary Caldwell - he has not answered me yet. Is he serious or what?

Another problem:
I have Nero installed on my computer and could not install the latest
version 7.0.5.4 is there a relatione between Windows Genuine Advantage
(KB892130) problem and Nero update?
Has anyone of you who has Nero installed seen this problem

Do Microsoft anything about the WGA problem?

I believe he's a Microsoft Tech and no doubt he will get back to you.
As far as Nero is concerned I suggest you go to Nero's home page then create
an account there and submit a technical support form.
I have no problems downloading Nero so I doubt WGA has anything to do with
it.
Did you try saving the download to a folder first and then installing?
Nero's downloads are slow at the best of times and this method may work.
