What is GeForce4 420?

Along with the update for SP2 is one for this video
product. I can't find any info on what it is or why I
need it as a "critical update." Can someone fill me in?

GeForce is a video card with a Nvidia chiupset. Presumeably you have such a
card installed in your machine. As a word of advice do not update a Nvidia
card driver from MS. This often gives rise to problems. Obtain Nvidia card
drivers either from the card suppplier web site of from Nvidia.
