General Question about Updates

This is probably a silly question and I apologize to anyone that thinks me
lazy.

Is there a place on Microsofts Web Site that lists the patches released by
date? I think they release them every second Tuesday with a few exceptions.
I would like to beable to see a page that shows which patches were released
on which days.

Does anyone know of such a page?
