I have recently burned the new OS to DVD and ready to install. My question
is once I install Vista can I roll my system back to XP SP2 using the System
Recovery disk that was created by the computer manufacturer; or will the
security partition that was created to work with the disk be wiped out? The
C:\ is formatted in NTFS and the security partition is a virtual drive that
is not physically in my frame.

Any other advice would be appreciated....

Angelface....

There is no roll back or uninstall. System Recovery will recover your system
to a point in the current system only and not to a previous system. Back up,
back up, back up. You may want to consider installing to a separate
partition or drive and running dual-boot.
