Generic Host Error and sreen problems!! HELP

Hi, every time i startup my computer I get the Generic Host Error. I have
done every method that there is in the "Help and support" section and still
comes up. Also when I start up my computer the little blue bar where the
"Start button" is, changes color to a light brown after a few minutes. I dont
know whats going on. Please, someone help me!
