I keep getting the same message as everyone else on this subject. I can't do
a system restore because it didn't work the first time. Plus to be honest, I
did forget how long ago this has happened. I would like to know when
Microsoft is going to get to the bottom of the problem though because it is
very frustrating and annoying. I have a dell dimension 2400 series. I got
lucky with my laptop cause I could do a system restore, and also have a
feature that restores right out of the box. So if there is a response from
Microsoft or somebody finally figures this out, please by all means let me
know also? Thanks.

Thanks but I'm not paying for that help. I did check out the site, but I
have to pay to see the solution so no thanks. Thanks for the help anyways.
