Generic RNDIS Driver Missing

I just purchase a HTC TyTn pocket pc WM5. When I tried to connect to Win
Vista B2 it tells me that the generic rndis driver is missing. I had another
WM5 pocket pc and it did not gave me problems. Has anyone encounter this
problem?
