get a blank page when access the windows update or ->

microsoft update website.

it is a windows xp sp2 machine. what should i do ? tks.

Register JSCRIPT.DLL
Click Start, Choose Run.
In the Run box, type regsvr32 jscript.dll
Click OK.

You may also need to re-register the mshtml.dll

Security or Internet acceleration software, such as AtGuard by WRQ or Trend
Micro's PC-cillin by Trend Micro, may prevent the page from displaying
correctly
