Get Error 0x643 at Update

I have Windows XP Media Edition installed again and downloaded all updates.
I cannot install .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1. It is downloaded but
istallation fais with Error 0x643.

Same occurs when I download Updaterollup2 for Windows XP Media Center
Edition 2005 (KB900325)

If you are having problems installing .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1,
then first check out:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/899619

If that doesn't work, then use control panel Add/Remove Programs to
uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1, and then re-install a freshly
downloaded copy of .NET Framework 1.1, then apply the .NET Framework Service
Pack 1 to it.

This failure occurs becauswe you have not installed .NET Framework 1.1
Service Pack 1.
