I deleted out all my temp files and now I can not get on the windows update
page . I keep getting = The website has encountered a problem and cannot
display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below might
help you solve the problem. I am running norton virus protection and tried it
with norton turned off and fire wall turn off and I still get same message .
I think it was from deleting the old temp files . Can anyone tell me what I
can do to fix the problem . Thanks

You receive a "0x80070002" or "0x80070003" error code after you download an
update from Windows Update, from Microsoft Update, or from Windows Server Update
Services
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910336/en-us

When searching for available updates on the Update site, you see the 0x80070002
or 0x80070003 error
