It happened on MSN 2009 only.
I have Googled for many times, but no any solution suitable for me. (Eg.
Change the system time, Clean the "Check for server certificate revocation"
checkbox and Register some DLL)
I read the MSN Messenger Log and I found something that seem like the point
of problem.
Can anyone help me, please?

Greetings,

As a starting point, try going to http://account.live.com in Internet Explorer and attempting
to sign-in. Messenger uses the same interface as IE, so it may become quickly apparent what
the problem is when you do that.

I have tried to go to the website below, it listed all the Windows Live ID I
use to sign in to the MSN Messenger before. I clicked on one of my ID and I
signed in successfully.
So what the problem with my computer? Thank you very much

I created a new Windows user a/c on my computer, then I sign-in to MSN
Messenger on the new user desktop. I found I can sign in to MSN without any
problem.
So what's the problem with my Windows User Account?
I am running Vista Ultimate, is that any solution suitable for me?

Change the Password and empty the cookies and see if it will work. Most likely a
corrupt password
