I'm not even sure how to ask this question? W/o the tech language it's
difficult. But here goes. Right now while working in this window I get
flashes or "blinks" of other things that I assume are other windows I have
open. Right now there are 3 open windows on the bottom and 1 on top , I
believe.
It's very distracting. If I explained this well enough and someone knows
what I'm talking about, I would appreciate an answer, dumbed down please.
Thank you.

Next time this happens, if you could, would you take a full screen "snapshot"
of exactly what you're looking at, save it in a file and send it to me.
Please, DO NOT include ANY personal information within the picture...meaning,
don't put anything on the screen that could be personal information. I'm not
interested in that but, I think your problem is fixable!

Dear hi247,
First thank you for responding. Sorry it took so long to get back -- life .
Anyway I'm embarrassed to ask this question but what is a "snapshot" Do I
copy and paste whole page or is there something else I do? I apologize for
wasting your time with what I'm sure is a simple thing but I truly have no
idea & I want to get it right since u were kind enough to answer.
Sincerely,

patti

Hey marksgirl5, you can take a "snapshot" by using a button on your keyboard
that says something like "print screen" it can be just few letters but
basically that's it... Then open a paint document or other where you can
paste it and that's it!!

I've been having problems with some flashes on my screen also (I don't think
it's about other windows 'cause it happens even before I open anything) but
I'm glad to be able to help out in anything... (I once didn't know either how
to do it )
