How get Full Access Control Files for Pemissions files?

I have software use video files open but problem try click allow but look too
manys stuck try to I need all allow files!

Some I clicking open files but say:
Open file
---------------------
Tri. (!) Yellow
"Files title"
You don't have permission to open this file.
contact the file owner or an administrator to obtain permission.
-------------------[OK]
But I have only single user for me only no adding user nothing? I need turn
on Full Allow all files?
How get fix to allow files?

You should be able to find something in google, but unfortunately, I can't
tell you how, as you could theoretically use that to hack someone's files :/

I am having the same problem, all of a sudden, Vista denys access to several
folders, including documents/pictures and documents/videos. I only have this
computer set up for a single user (me). How can I log in as the full admin
and fix this???

If you are referring to the Music, Pictures, and Videos folders under the
Documents folder, these folders have been moved. They are now under your
user folder. To get to them:

- Click Start
- Click your username (under your picture)

This is where these folders live now

Attempting to access them from their old location inside Documents is not
possible.
