How to get List of Critical Updates without WindowsUpdate

Dear All,
I am sure that this is an easy one, but I can't seem to find the
answer anywhere. I would like to know how do I get a list of updates
that microsoft has released and download them seperatly without windows
update. I can't use that site on the computer that needs to be updated
since that computer cannot be connected to the internet.
