how to get SP2 w/out internet connection

I have a friend who has XP Pro on a computer that doesn't have an internet
connection. He uses the computer strictly for video editting. He needs to
install SP2 for some new video editting software to work. Is there a place
he can get SP2 by downloading on a a different computer to then move the file
to his video editting computer and install?
All we've found is to order the SP2 disk but of course would rather not wait
that long.

Thanks. That's what I thought be we'd tried that and when he ran the file he
got a message that it's 'not a valid Win32 application'. I'll tell him to
try downloading it again. Glad to know we're on the right track.
