That's a normal export from version.dll - are there multiple versions of
version.dll on your system? Offhand I would suspect that you have multiple
copies on your system somehow, and one is either a really old version or not
actually the Microsoft version.dll at all. (Could be a third party dll with
the same name, but may be being picked up by some application...)
