Getting 0x8024402C error on W2KPro OS

Hi - (i think this may be a duplicate post - if it is - sorry about that)

I have been having issues with this new windows update. I rec'd this error
before and thought I had it fixed because I was able to get thru to the
updates. The Geniune Authentication thingy wouldn't install tho. Decided to
try again today and am back to getting this same 0x8024402C error. I have
tried everything in the KB892130 article (except the ISA Firewall Client fix
- I don't know what that is or how to get to it) and nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Sorry guys - KB892130 IS the update the would not install yesterday...as I
said today I am back to this error problem...I meant to say I've tried
everything in 'fix-it' section for this error. I'm very frustrated. I don't
like this new update system. What was wrong with the old one??? Again, ANY
suggestions are appreciated!!
