Getting 80070005 Error

I am also getting the 80070005 error, I have check permissions on registry
keys and directories according to the knowledge base articles but I am
getting no where. An excerpt of my windowsupdate.log file is below. The
error seems to be comming from the DM (I am assuming the Download manager).

Any clue would be appreciated
