Getting contacts from of e-mail accounts onto Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta...

Does anyone know how to import contacts from other e-mail accounts onto
Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta?

Just thought I'd ask because I've got a load of contacts from my AOL account
that I really would like to have on it... any suggestions?!

Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta uses Windows Live Messenger for contacts so
how do we import contacts from other e-mail accounts into Windows Live
Messenger.
