Hi All,

I am getting consecutive updates at the moment, each of which seems to need
to be installed by me initiating it, before the next one is downloaded. This
has been going on for several days and I am starting to wonder if they are
stuck in a loop or something!

Is there anyway I can find out what is going on?

Only thing I can think of that I have

Ta.
Bill.

By selecting custom install I have realise that it is the same up date each

How to troubleshoot Windows Update or Microsoft Update when you are repeatedly
offered an update

Windows Update already installed

Windows Update says the update is still needed

Try MowGreen's suggestion in the msxml updates section of this discussion
(the next one down on my machine). I had the same problem and tried his
suggestion of loading it from the site he recommended, saving it to C drive
and installing it from there. WORKED for me!
