Getting error 0x8007041D Multiple Errors..... 0x8024d007

At first i got the error 0x8007041D when trying to update windows after
reinstalling windows. It says registering 100% then stops and cannot continue
with that error number...


So... I read some posts here on how to fix the problem and one was the run
"services" So i did that and made sure everything was right then hit the
start under status and i get this error now... 0x8024d007

WHATS WRONG???
