getting error 80080005 when updating....windows update service cant be started

Hello and greetings....the problem iam facing is that the WINDOWS
UPDATE service simply wont start....i cant start it manually
either....in description it says "<Failed to Read Description. Error
Code: 2 > "....also when i try to start it manually i get the error
message "WINDOWS could not start the windows update service on local
computer ERROR 193: 0xc1" .... plz help
