Getting Error mesage when sending mail by Microsoft Mail

Every time I try to send mail in windows mail I get the following error
message: Socket Error:10060 and Error #0X800CCC0E.
I have no problem receiving my mail.

That's not the complete error message.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
The error number by itself is not very helpful.
