Getting error number 0x80004005 during using “Windows Update�. Hel

When I try to update WinXP_SP2 using windows update, I get error number
0x80004005. This error appears when I press any of two buttons (“Quick� or
“Custom� button on Microsoft windows update website).
More over it doesn’t want to update automatically. However “Automatic
Update� is enabled but it doesn’t work. Nothing happens in this mode, no
actions and no errors…

Please, tell me what this error means and tell me what to do to fix this
problem up without reinstalling Windows.

PS: I use NAV 2006. Windows Firewall is disabled.

Do NOT disable the Windows Firewall, EVER!
