GETTING ERROR

All of the sudden my email is making me log in and i never setup anything
like that i also cant receive emails. this is my error message


Account: 'pop-server.neo.rr.com', Server: 'pop-server.neo.rr.com',
Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR invalid user name or password.', Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

is there a way to reset settings? also the picture icon next to where im
suppose to put in a password for my email account is different from when i
log my computer on. What could this be?

Can you go to the webmail portal http://webmail.neo.rr.com
and login there with the same username and password?

If yes, which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems
with Windows Mail over time.
