Getting Old Updates not on Update Website

I'm trying to get the updates posted to the Windows Update website on
Fri.July16, 2005 for the lowest cost possible. After a long hiatus of using
my PC computer on the web, the first thing I tried to do on the web was the
windows update. It found I was missing 106 updates from July16 to Oct22, and
successfully loaded and installed all but the ones from July16. I'm guessing
those were so old that they were removed from the update website. Is there
another location where I can retrieve these old updates from w/out having to
pay MS an arm and a leg? (Incidentally, the Mac that I now use for all
internet connections as a firewall to protect the PC had no updates or virus
definitions needed during the same time).
