Getting program to appear under All Programs

Windows Phhoto Gallery came with my new laptop. Have Vista 32 bit. I used to
go to Start/All Progrms/Windows Photo Gallery - and it would open. Don't
know why, but for some reason, it no longer appears under All Programs. I
had to copy it to a folder on my desktop, but when I open the folder, I then
have to scroll down and open the application. Is there a way to get it to
appear under All Programs again. I am not real computer savvy and just can't
seem to get it back where it was. I have no idea why it no longer appears
under All Programs. Also, if I organize my photos in Photo Gallery, can I
then export them to a Digital Frame?? I know the picture resolution can be
set to keep memory down, but I have no idea what that resolution is, nor if
Photo Gallery will do that. This is all new to me, but I am trying to learn.
Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions. MK

MK

Mine is in Start / All Programs / Windows Programs / Windows Photo Gallery.

If you cannot find it there, open Windows Explorer and navigate to:
C:\Program Files\Windows Photo Gallery
Look for WindowsPhotoGallery.exe.
Right click this file and select the 'Pin to start menu' option.
This will place a shortcut directly on the top/left side of the Start Menu.
