Getting a "Program too big to fit in memory" messege. Need help

When I try to open firefox, windows explorer, really everything I ge
this messege saying "Program too big to fit in memory". I Cant figur
out what caused this or how to fix it?? Can anyone help me please?

Do you have a pagefile set? Is it the required size?

I have received that message in the past when I played around and
tried running without one, despite having plenty of RAM.

I have been messing with it. And when I right clicked on the icons I hi
run as administrator and it worked. Not sure wh
