Generally you can not install an update that does not apply.
If you manually downloaded the update, simply delete it.
There is no such thing as "WindowsXP with front page".
There is Windows XP Home Edition (operating system)
And
Microsoft Office XP
If you have any Microsoft office components such as Word, Excel, Publisher
etc, you may need some updates that appear as if they are for Microsoft
Office.
If the update downloaded and installed automatically, you probably needed
it.
