Getting Updates every day

Why do I get, usually 1 but sometimes 2, updates every single day? I have
automatic updates on. I cannot find any record of the updates in control
panel. Thanks for any information.

Start > Run > type in

%windir%\windowsupdate.log

Click OK


Start at the bottom and work your way up to a section that shows
an ERROR, WARNING, or FATAL. Then copy&paste that along with 30 or so
*preceding* lines into your reply, please.

Test this WGA diagnose test, connection to MS, that scripts working, if the
Microsoft Genuine Advantage ActiveX controls are able to successfully connect
to the validation servers

Click the Double green checkmark and click Go.

and D/L your updates
