Getting Vista Again?

I bought an Acer laptop back in September but it was dropped and the hard
drive had to be replaced. Can I get Vista again on that laptop or do I need
to buy another retail license?

Reinstall Vista from your Vista disk. As long as it is the same computer,
it's perfectly legal. If you did not get a vista disk from Acer, contact them
to get one.

Install It Using Your Original DVD, And Re-Activate Using Over The Phone

I don't think a different hard drive will require a phone activation if
everything else is the same components.

The Vista Key should be on a sticker on the laptop case.
Whether you reinstall from recovery disks or from an OEM DVD, the key should
work.
If it's not BIOS locked, you may have to activate by phone.
