Ghost 12.0 Restore Problem

My Windows XP Media Edition operating system was corrupted. Before
reinstalling the new operating system I baked up my data files to 2 external
hard drives, a Seagate drive connected by USB and a Maxtor drive connected by
Firewire. The backup was done with Norton Ghost 12.0.

I reinstalled the operating system and the Ghost 12.0 software.
Unfortunately, Ghost will not restore the data claiming there are no restore
points available. I tried the Folder method to restore the files and it
still did not recognize the backup files it created. I've checked the 2
external drives and the data does exist and take up about 54 GB on each drive.

Any suggestions?
