Black Baptist...Thanks, following the steps you gave me, under the Status
column it said installed. However, I right clicked and opened the properties
to find that the 2 files listed were damaged. There was no option to Remove
any of these files. I contacted Sony Support and they had me reinstall the
Video Driver. Still no positive results. They then told me I need software,
like QuickTime, to be able to save a .gif file. After downloading QuickTime
and restarting my system I still am unable to save a .gif file. Any more
suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
