Hi,

Every time I boot Vista there's this one program that isn't allowed to run.
I then give it permission from the systray icon, but the next time I boot
it's still not permitted. How do I give a program/process permanent
permission to run. Is there a way to turn off the whole permission to run
thing? It' pretty annoying, and I have gotten through several generations
of Windows without needing that kind of babysitting.

You disable UAC, which can be done by entering MSconfig in the Run Box
Windows Button and *R*. Then you find the Tools Tab.
