Gmail user emails

Hello,

I am facing problem, I am not able to receive email from my gmai
users.
I can recv. email from all other acct users. Can there be problem wit
setup or quick heal.


Plz. help.

Check your Blocked Senders list in Windows Mail.
Do the Gmail senders get a non-delivery notice when they try to
email you?
If you receive email from senders other than Gmail, then your
Windows Mail is working properly.
Go to the webmail access for that account to see if those missing
messages are there, perhaps in a spam folder.
You may also want to ask your mail service provider if they are
blocking emails from Gmail senders.

Thanks for quick one. But If same account if I try on outlook express,
recv. the same mail. There seems to be mistake on my windows mai
config. Plz. help

Are you getting an error message? Can you copy / paste the entire error
message here please? Also, who is your email provider (just the part after
the @ symbol)? Did you compare your account setup in WM against the Outlook
Express to see if there's a difference?

You didn't mention the second computer before. It helps to
disclose all the pertinent facts upfront.
If both computers are checking the same email account, whichever
one completes its email download first will make those emails
unavailable to the second PC. To fix that problem, go to Tools,
Accounts, select your mail account, Properties, Advanced,
select "Leave a copy of messages on server."
Repeat the above on the second computer.

If your settings already agreed with that, you may be running into
a Gmail quirk. By default, Gmail's POP accounts allow messages
to be downloaded only once, regardless of the above-mentioned
setting. To circumvent that limitation, follow this procedure:
