gmt timezone change in outlook

hi i have new laptop with vista and outlook we continually get message in
email to update appoints in calendar due to a change in timezone have tried
downloading timezone tool nothing fixes it but it stops us using email until
we cancel it all clocks and timezones are correct any ideas most gratefully
recived
