What is a good tuner for Vista / Media Center?...

Ideally something that can record from my cable, USB, small plug-in
device...use PC as DVR..also nice to export to ipod..any good suggestions?

Hauppauge makes a USB tuner for Media Center, but its rather expensive
($149). I have no idea how to export to an iPod, but I assume you'd have to
use Apple software for that. And I have no idea if that software would
support Microsoft's DVR-MS format or if you'd first have to transcode it to
some other format.
