If it is a Dell computer, Google paid Dell to include this garbage.
Go to IE7>View>Toolbars>untick it there.
Also, control Panel>Programs>uninstall what you want from there.
And when you download the latest Flash from Adobe website,, untick the
Google toolbar, which is included in their flash download, too.
