Internet Explorer v 7
Windows XP Multimedia Edition
default Home Page Google.co.uk

Normally I get a set of links top right whci include saving my search
settings.
Suddenly it no longer appears.

--------------Tried -------------------
Google Search "search preferences missing"
http://vineet-seo.blogspot.com/2009/...rences-on.html
click link to Preferences
http://www.google.com/preferences?hl=en

The preferences page displays.
Alter settings and click the Save Settings button

404. That’s an error.
The requested URL /2009/08/where-is-google-preferences-on.html was not found
on this server. That’s all we know.
