Some additional information:
I can't login into mail.live.com even. when I type my username and password,
and click "login", it response "can't connect to server(source is chinese, I
don't know what's that in English version windows)"
I can't update windows too, the error message is 80072efd.
I have add all *.live.com *.msn.com *.microsoft.com to trust zone. And there
is no any proxy or firewall in our network, other pc installed xp is
normally.

Greetings David,

First thing to do is to check your date/time of your computer to verify it's set correctly.

Secondly, try connecting to other sites with https (https://www.amazon.com for example) to
verify that you can connect to https sites.

Thirdly, if available, click the Troubleshooting button in the error dialog to bring up the
troubleshooter which will scan through the various problems which prevent logins.
