Got the error 0x80245003 fixed!

Make sure the wuaucpl.cpl & ncpa.cpl [network connections are enabled.
Restart the computer.
Check back Windows Update should work.
I'm still trying to figure out how it got disabled.

how can I'MAKE SURE IS ENABLED

Or else get a good Uninstaller that will show you the Control Panel Manager
to see if you have the wuaucpl.cpl and network connections ncpa.cpl enabled
or disabled.
I've got the Advanced Uninstaller PRO 2005 and showed me I had disabled.
Make sure if you the system requirements for the software. I think you can
download it for a free trial run.
