Believe it or not, I just went through this about an hour ago. In the
"Search For" box, type in "Error.................." and a number of solutions
will come up. As you read the solutions, keep the page open and go to the
'Start' button on the lower left of your screen and follow the instructions.
I didn't just stop with one solution, I went through and followed all of them
to the letter. Everything works fine.
