That article DID NOT say what you have posted, plain and simple. It said
nothing about the exploit for Excel was critical. In addition to this,
the other part about un-patched PC(s) you posted was in no way related
or in context with the non-critical Excel exploit.
The critical update and un-pacthed PC(s) was in reference to various
versions of the O/S and not applying those critical updates for the O/S(s).
You twisted it just like they do in Advocacy on a routine basis, with
anything having to do with MS.
You snipped, cut and pasted certain parts of the article to make it seem
more than what the article was stating.
Anyone that actually reads that article knows that you BS twisted it
with your cut, snip, and paste job of statements you posted. And you
have done just what the lying maniacs do in Linux Advocacy.
