Got to the updates, now what?

Should I download the updates for 1/14/09 an 1/15/09? Microsoft forefront
updates. I have windows xp home, sp3, spybot, and avast anti-virus.

Not sure what you are asking...

Yes - updates are normally scheduled (for Windows and Microsoft Office) for
the second Tuesday of the month. Not every update (antivirus/antispyware
apps) fall into that 'just once a month' category - nor is it necessarily a
hard and fast rule - updates can get released at other times.

If you son't have Forefront installed - you shouldn't need those - true
enough.
