Is there a version 2 available for download? Is there a such thing?. My new
install of enterprise version of vista...still says 1.0.2. Is there
something I am doing wrong or the correct version just not showing up.

I am planning on adding vista machines to my domain and want GPO to apply to
them too. Any experiences and issues they came across are appreciated.

I have Ultimate and the GPMC is built into Vista already. Run MMC and add the
console. I had to do this on mine as well.

An Engineer asks "How does it work"
A Scientists asks "Why does it work?"
A liberal arts major asks "Do you want fries with that?"

Thanks for the reply. I did that. But the help about group policy management.
It still says 1.0.2.
What version does yours say?

Sorry, I misread. Yes you are correct. Mine says 1.0.2 as well.

When I first read the message I had a bad flashback to my first test of
Vista and had no idea the console was now in the OS and installed the one
from Microsoft's site, boy, was that a big mess.
