GPO To block XP SP2 question

Hello everyone,

I'm setting up a GPO to disable the download of XP SP2 and I was
wondering since I have all my workstation in one OU that are mixed Windows
2000 and XP, will the GPO affect the Windows 2000? Is it smart enough to
distinguish between Windows 2k and XP?
