GPO Client targetting

I have a working WSUS server and a GPO which correctly assigns groups by AD
OU in the correct client side WSUS target groups...brill!

I would like computers to hop between target groups when they get moved in
the AD. I can obviously delete them in WSUS and they re-appear in the correct
group, but I would like GPO/AD/WSUS to take care of it.

Is it possible?

Thanks

If you've properly configured your GPOs and links to OUs, this will happen
automatically at the client's next scheduled detection after being placed in
the new OU.
