GPO not being applied

Help!

I have a Win2k8 domain. I recently created a GPO (from the GPMC on my
Windows 2008 DC) to adjust the following VISTA setting:


User Configuration \ Policies \ Administrative Templates \ Control
Panel/Printers \ Point and Print Restrictions


I have the Computer Configuration empty and when I use the GP Results wizard
(pointing to a VISTA workstation), I can see that it doesn't get applied...
But NOTHING is shown for the USER settings. It doesn't show as APPLIED or
DENIED..? I see that for this setting the "winning GPO" is the Local
Policy.

What the heck am I missing!?
