gpo to selectively turn off uac for specific program

We're migrating to Vista. One of our program only runs properly when UAC
is disabled. I see the GPO to turn of UAC. Can I turn it off for some
programs but not others?

There is a workaround, originally published under KB946932, that allows for
disabling UAC for specific applications. The process is described here, it
